    I have known Morray For over 25 years. He is fantastic and very good at getting ALL of my information. Things that I didn’t think of. Very detailed. Also everyone that I have met in the office are very kind, courteous, and professional. Thank you for all you do!!

    I've have loved living here. Its located close enough for work and I'm pretty close to everything I need. The complex is well kept and pretty quiet. The only complaint I have is the package delivery situation. If you get anything from Amazon, have it delivered to the lockers at the QT. Otherwise you'll have to sign you life away and give the office a blood sample. Depending on who's there to give you your package, they're a little extra. Real headache!

    I can not begin to explain how upsetting and disappointing this funeral service was. If it was up to me I would not even consider giving them one star on here. From the very moment that they went to pick up my mothers body from the hospital they were rude and uncaring for our grieving family. They were yanking around my mothers body. Afterwards, when they had my mothers body in the hearse taking her to church where we had a service prepared for her they were speeding passing red lights, avoiding any stops there might be. After the church service we talked to them asking them to please respect speed limits and respect my mothers body that they were carrying. They said they would so we followed them and realized they were speeding way past the speed limit and completely ignored our wishes. We were very upset and spoke to them once we got to the crematory. They started yelling at us while my mothers body was in the casket right in front of us. We found out the driver of the hearse was the owners son. He did whatever he wanted because he knew his position in the company. They have no consideration for grieving families. Their job is to make things easier for the families and understand the grieving period. Instead they showed disrespect to my mothers body and our family. We would not recommend their service.

    Great if you need an ATM. Bad if you need conventional teller services like a simple withdrawal. They have iPads where there would be deposit/withdrawal slips. Well one iPad, one was missing. I guess that's where I process a withdrawal? Except i still have to sit and wait for a banker to get a roll of quarters? Using technology that doesn't make things easier isn't hip or progressive. It's just annoying. Sit down with the banker and they essentilly take that opportunity to review your account and cross sell other uncompetitive bank products. 10 minutes of my life I will never get back. I just walked outside and used the ATM. Maybe I can exchange it into quarters at the gas station. I won't go into another branch unless I absolutely have too. It's probably not unique to PNC, its a dying business model grasping at straws.
